Arkansas GrownArkansas Farm to SchoolAgritourism

Prestonrose is our little piece of heaven!  we arrived here at the beginning od 2013, and hit the ground running!  We were certified organic by the USDA by the end of the year, and had already dipped our toes in the local farmers market scene late in the season.  We decided to specialize in weird, wonderful forgotten heirlooms, and a few of our favorites like NM hatch peppers!  We gained popularity with locals who were thrilled to have organic offerings in a place where none existed before!

By our 3rd year, we had planned and opened our little 1 barrel brewery in a tiny building in our front yard.  BOY was our area ready for some quality craft beer! Folks came from far and wide to stand in front of our little 18x20 metal building and sample our hand crafted beers and carry some home in a growler.  Our beers are unique and delicious thanks to 100% use of craft malts grown and malted in America, and the addition of our own farm grown ingredients like watermelon, basil, tulsi, chamomile, and now even Okra Seed Coffee!

By year 2 of the brewery being open, we finally relented to all of the requests and begun serving food out of our tiny little building, where we placed some commercial kitchen equipment around the brewhouse, and built a stainless table to cover the brewhouse during weekends when cooking and serving food!  We added a few outdoor tables, chairs and even some covered indoor space...Our constantly rotating, unique, eclectic menu dedicated to all local (much grown here on the farm), sustainably grown ingredients intrigued visitors and has become just as much a reason people travel to see us as the beer that started it all!

Our beer can now be found in Little Rock, Fort Smith, Paris and Fayetteville!  We are back to welcoming guests on the farm after an unplanned 2020 year off!  we are open saturdays and sundays from 4-8pm, outdoor seating only, and have several projects in the works that will spread the "beer farm love" far and wide!

Thanks for checking us out!  We hope to see y'all soon <3
