Handmade Fried Pies ,Fillings are made from as much fresh product as possible such as Arkansas,apple,peaches,strawberries,blueberries, and blackberrries,we make our own pie crust and each one is rolled out and cut by hand and fried in an iron skillet.This started out as a tradition to carry out something my Gramdmother and Mom had done for years as a treat for the family,We are from a big family and my Mom is in poor health so decided to learn how to do these and everyone that tastedd them said I should start sellin them so lon story short ,y sister Alice and I started doing farmers markets in Sept and now are doing 4 a week and love what we do and getting to purchase the fresh fruit at the markets and putting it in the freezer to have to use all year. We also make several types of Breads including Gluten Free Pumpkin and Banana Nut.
