Coy's Southern Eats

Coy's Steakhouse began in a log cabin in Hot Springs, Arkansas in 1945. Visitors came from around the world to enjoy the "Best Steak in Arkansas" and, of course, the warm saltines with our house salad dressing (that sometimes even made it to a salad!) Our passion for flavor now spans four generations with Clay Caffey carrying on the tradition.
